Shipping & Returns

Payment

  • Twin City Tactical accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • Your credit card will not be charged until your products are shipped.

Shipping

  • We do ship to FPO/APO addresses. Just enter the correct address format inthe comments of the order.
  • Orders over $150.00 receive free shipping!
  • Orders $0 to $25 are shipped for $7.99.
  • Orders $25.01 to $50 are shipped for $8.99.
  • Orders $50.01 to $100 are shipped for $9.99.
  • Orders $100.01 to $150 are shipped for $10.99.
  • Products are only shipped to the United States.
  • Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally products may be shipped using other methods.

Delivery Time

  • Most products are shipped within 1 to 10 business days.
  • Items shown online are not guaranteed to be in stock.You will be notified if a product is on backorder

 Backorders

  • Products on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are received.
  • Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for products that are backordered. Some products may take longer to be received from the manufacturers (ie:Holsters). Those products may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
  • You will be notified if a product has been backordered.
  • You will only be charged one time for shipping.

Cancellation of an Order

  • An order or product may be canceled any time before it is shipped and no re-stocking fee will apply.

Return Policy

  • If you wish to return a product, you must notify Twin City Tactical via e-mail within 5 days upon receiving your product to get a Return Authorization Number.
  • To obtain a Return Authorization Number, send an email to returns@twincitytactical.com. Include your order number, product you wish to return or exchange and explain the reason for the return or exchange.
  • You will then be notified of the Return Authorization Number and any further instructions.
  • The Return Authorization Number must be written visibly on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Do not send packages without the Return Authorization Number or they will be returned to sender.
  • Products must be retuned in original packaging and contain all accessories.
  • A copy of the original order must be included with the return.
  • Defective products, damaged products or mistakes by Twin City Tactical will be replaced or refunded with no re-stocking fee.
  • Returns or exchanges for any other reason than stated above will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. This fee may be waived at the discretion of Twin City Tactical.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
